Eggless Wheat Pancakes - Easy and Healthy Breakfast

 

   Eggless Wheat Pancakes are Yummy and Healthy option for Breakfast. Usually Pancakes are made with All Purpose Flour/Maida. If you are looking for a healthy replacement, here is the solution! This recipe uses Wheat Flour. Also this recipe doesn't use any eggs. So if you want to avoid eggs, again here is the solution! Let us learn how to make Eggless Wheat Pancakes!

Ingredients:

1. Wheat Flour - 1&1/2 Cups.
2. Sugar - 3 Tbsp.
3. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp.
4. Salt - a pinch.
5. Buttermilk - 1&1/4 Cups.
6. Melted Butter/ Oil - 2 to 3 Tbsp.
7. Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp


The above Ingredients yields 8 Medium sized Pancakes.

Recipe:

   Pancakes batter can be prepared easily.  Firstly, mix all the dry Ingredients together with a whisk. Then add all the wet Ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. The batter is ready.


   Now to cook the Pancakes, Heat a Griddle/Tawa, grease it with butter/oil and pour 1 or 2 scoops of Batter in it. You will see bubbles in the batter and the bubbles pop while the batter gets cooked. 


   Flip the Pancakes when most of the bubbles popped and cook the pancake on the other side


Yummy and Healthy Pancakes are ready!!!!! Pancakes can be served with any sryup such as Plain Sugar syrup, Maple Syrup, Strwaberry syrup, blueberry syrup, Honey and the list goes on. Pancakes pair up well with Fresh Whipped cream too!
